Winifred AnnTEWKESBURYAged 84, passed away on 2nd November 2024.

In loving memory. Beloved wife of the late Leonard Tewkesbury, sister to Robert (Bob), Aunt and Great Aunt. She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Win was Life President of the Exeter and District short mat bowls league. Win played short mat bowls from 1985 to 2011 when she stopped playing in 2011 due to illness. Win has played for the Wonford club, the Broadclyst club and St Thomas Cricket club, Marsh Barton. Win was secretary for the Wonford club, and secretary and treasurer for the Broadclyst club for ten years and only stopped due to illness in 2011. Funeral to be held at the church of St Cyr & Julitta, Newton St Cyres, on Tuesday 26th November at 12.00pm. Family flowers only. Donations in memory of Winifred for the Stroke Association may be made online at www.hansfords-funeral.co.uk or cheques payable to the charity may be sent c/o Hansfords Funeral Service, Bay View, Trevelyan Road, Seaton EX12 2NL.
